My 2021 Goals

As promised in my first blog post, I’m sharing with you my 2021 Yearly Goals.  I don’t call them resolutions, because resolutions are easy to break and ignore.  But goals…..those have steps.  Those have meaning.  And goals are achievable.  Here are mine.

  1.  Physical Health
    1. Drink water every day, I have a water bottle with every hour marked on the side of it that I fill first thing in the morning and again at noon that gets me 10 8oz drinks of water
    1. Intermittent Fasting, 12-16 hours daily
    1. Move my body every day – walk 21 miles a month, that’s 2 loops 2x per day every other day
    1. Good skin care routine – wash my face morning and night, apply moisturizer both times as well
    1. Meal plan every Saturday, create health meals and grocery lists
  2. Mental Health

    1. Check in with my planner 2x per day (or more if needed) – in the morning to see what’s on deck for the day and before I go to bed to make sure the next day is set and to see what I’ve accomplished for the day
    1. Remove toxic people from my life as much as possible – surround myself with positive people, minimize my time and energy spent with those that aren’t good for me mental and emotionally
